NEW PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to select the best products for every level of soccer activity from the hundreds of models we review each season. Beyond that we try to give you a complete description of the qualities, features, and fit characteristics which are important to your enjoyment of your purchase. However, we understand that it’s possible that you may receive a product doesn’t meet your expectations. In such a case, we want to make it quick and easy to return the item for an exchange or refund.
- Items to be returned must be in new and unused condition, and must be returned with all their parts. All footwear and apparel should be tried on indoors to insure a correct fit before using outdoors. Virtually all items, especially footwear, will show soil or evidence of use when worn outside, and are therefore no longer in new condition, and cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, (shoe box, plastic bag, blister pack, etc.) and have all labels and hang tags present.
- Proof of Purchase must be enclosed (i.e. Order Summary printed from the web site, or received by e-mail; Order Receipt received with purchase; or at least the Order/Receipt Number, shown on all these forms.)
- Sale priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
- There are no returns allowed on customized items or on DVD’s with opened packages.
- All return shipments for Refund or Credit must be pre-paid. We cannot accept COD shipments or shipments marked “bill recipient.” Returns are the responsibility of the sender and his chosen carrier. Make sure to keep all receipts and tracking numbers for returned shipments. All return shipments must be in a standard shipping box (do not return footwear by simply affixing a label to the shoe box, because it will be refused on arrival.)
- Soccer American, Inc. will reimburse the return freight on any product shipped in error, and promptly provide a replacement or refund, subject to the time constraints outlined below.
- Return for refund, credit or exchange may also be handled in person at either retail store, subject to the same conditions.
- 30 Days from Order Receipt Date: If the above conditions are met, for 30 days from the Order Receipt Date, the original purchase price of a returned regular priced item may be: Refunded to the credit card account used for the original purchase, Credited as a Soccer American Stored Value Card.
- 31 – 90 Days from Order Receipt Date: If the above conditions are met, for 90 days from the Order Receipt Date, the original purchase price of an item may be: Credited as a Soccer American Stored Value Card. No credit card refunds will be made after 30 days.
- After 90 days from Order Receipt Date: If the above conditions are met, after 90 days from the Order Receipt Date, we will offer store credit only, in the form of a Soccer American Stored Value Card, at our discretion. The amount of credit offered after 90 days will not exceed the current price of the returned item, which is in force at the time of the return. (i.e. if the returned item is “On Sale” when returned after 90 days, the maximum credit offered will be the Sale Price, or FIRST TEAM Sale Price for items purchased with a FIRST TEAM discount.)
- Need your Replacement Gear in a Hurry? You don’t have to wait for your Store Credit, and then apply it to a new purchase. You can place a new order online to ship at once. If your return qualifies under the following terms, we will apply the refund for your returned merchandise to your credit card, upon receipt: 1) You must ship your return within 7 days of your new order; 2) Your return must qualify under the Conditions for Return of New Products (above); 3) You must enter the Order Receipt Number for your Replacement Order as requested on your return form to insure proper credit.
