FREE SHIPPING* - Shipping Policy

Simply put, we will ship orders for normal weight items totaling $74.99 or more via UPS Ground, or similar service, for FREE, to the contiguous United States. This can be as few as one item costing $74.99 or more, or a number of items which together cost $74.99 or more.

*The exception to this rule is for products like goals, benches or other equipment which weigh more than average items, and therefore cost more to ship. These items carry a freight surcharge which varies by item, and is clearly marked on the product page for these items. The freight surcharge is an allowance for the weight above the norm; we still give you the cost of the first couple of pounds for free. When a total order below $74.99 contains a freight surcharge item, we charge the actual freight cost for the shipment. For orders over $74.99, the surcharge for any item is added to the customer’s order total.

For orders which are required with expedited delivery, the options for UPS Next Day, 2^nd Day, or 3-Day Select may be selected at check-out at the customer’s expense.

Alaska orders that meet the free shipping criteria, will be charged a separate $10 surcharge.

Shipments to Hawaii are currently not available.

Free shipping is not available to Canada

Return shipment of new products or items for inspection as defective products is at the customer’s expense, except in the case of items shipped in error. Soccer American will reimburse the return freight for products shipped in error and provide a replacement or refund, without a shipping charge, subject to normal conditions.

Since all orders for exchange or replacement items are to be placed on-line in the same manner as regular orders, the same freight policy applies to these orders:  If it’s an order for normal weight item(s) of $74.99 or more, ground shipping is FREE.
